The Christian Center Bowling Program, commonly known as USBC Youth, is for boys and girls up to 20 years of age. The program is very instructional in nature and held in the Fall and Winter, with a final tournament at the end of the season. The leagues are broken up by ages: 3-4 years old (Pee-Wee), 5-11 years old (Bantam), and 12-20 years old (Junior/Major). Registration opens on September 2, with leagues starting on September 16. Youth bowlers will learn basic bowling skills, which are taught by adult Christian Center League bowlers who coach the youth bowlers. These youth bowling leagues will give boys and girls the chance to learn the sport, compete with their peers and offers the opportunity for fellowship, in a smoke-free, alcohol-free environment at the Christian Center Bowling Alley.
The USBC/IHS Youth bowling season runs October through March, and includes two 10 week sessions. Youth Bowling is held Saturday mornings from 8:15 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. Bowling times depend on the age of the child.
