Welcome to Christian Center Fall Outdoor Soccer

Our recreational Fall Soccer League kicks off in late August and ends in early October. Boys and girls ages 5-18 years old are placed on co-ed teams. Each team plays once during the week and once on Saturday for a total of 12 sessions during the 6-week season. All games and practices will be held at Bethany Baptist Church on Heinz Lane.

Cost UNTIL JUNE 30

First Player – $75
Second Player – $70
Third or more player – $65

Cost AFTER June 30

First Player – $85
Second Player – $80
Third or more player – $75

Participants must be in the same family to receive discount.
Partial scholarships applications are available in person at The Christian Center.
If a player drops from the league a $10 fee will be deducted from your refund.

Beginner: Age 5 - First Grade

League Information & Registration

Eligibility: A player must reach age 5 before October 1, 2024

Game Schedule: The Beginner League plays on Thursdays & Saturdays. Game times for your team will vary from week to week. Game times on Thursdays will be from 5:30 – 6:45pm. Game times on Saturdays be at 8:30 – 9:45am.

Evaluations: The Beginner League is not evaluated.

Intermediate: 2nd & 3rd grade

League Information & Registration

Game Schedule: The Intermediate League plays on Mondays & Saturdays. Game times will vary from week to week. Game times on Mondays will be from 5:30 – 6:45pm. Game times on Saturdays will be at 9:45 – 11:00.

Evaluations: All players who did not play in The Christian Center soccer program last year must attend an evaluation. You will receive an email finalizing the date, time and location of your evaluation.

Advanced: 4th & 5th grade

League Information & Registration

Game Schedule: The Advanced League plays on Tuesdays & Saturdays. Game times on Tuesday will be from 5:30 – 6:45pm. Game times on Saturdays will be from 11:00am – 12:15pm.

Evaluations: All players who did not play in The Christian Center soccer program last year must attend an evaluation. You will receive a postcard with the date and time of your evaluation.

Junior: 6th - 8th grade

League Information & Registration

Game Schedule: The Junior League plays on Thursdays & Saturdays. Game times on Thursdays will be from 5:30 – 6:45pm. Game times on Saturdays will be from 12:15 – 1:30pm.

Evaluations: All players who did not play in The Christian Center soccer program last year must attend an evaluation. You will receive a postcard with the date and time of your evaluation.

Senior: High School

League Information & Registration

Eligibility: Senior players must in High School

Game Schedule: The Senior League plays on Tuesdays & Saturdays. Game times will vary from week to week. Game times on Tuesdays will either be from 5:00 – 6:00pm or 6:00 – 7:00pm. Game times on Saturdays will either be from 11:30am – 12:45pm or 12:45 – 2:00pm or 2:00 – 3:15pm.

Evaluations: All players who did not play in The Christian Center soccer program last year must attend an evaluation. You will receive a postcard with the date and time of your evaluation.

What it means to be a Coach or an Assistant Coach

Head Coach – The Head Coach is the person who sets the spiritual & athletic tone for the team. The Coach is the direct liaison between the Christian Center Athletic Director & the families/players on the team. He/she runs the practices, leads the team during games, sets up a line of communication with the families. The Head Coach is our MVP (most valuable person) each season.

Assistant Coach – The Assistant Coach helps the Head Coach in all the duties that make for a successful season. Many times during a season the Assistant Coach will lead the team in the absence of the Head Coach. Though the responsibilities are not as great as the Head Coach, the Assistant Coach is key to the season running smoothly for their team/families.
